FWAG National Silver Lapwing Awards & Study Tour
18 & 19 June 2025
The silver lapwing trophy recognises farmers that have achieved exceptional results for conservation and the environment, whilst running a successful farming enterprise. Isle of Man dairy farmers, Robert and David Cooil and their families, were awarded the Silver Lapwing Award in 2024 for outstanding efforts to promote good habitat and environmental management within a commercial farm buisness.
The 2025 presentation day will be held on the 18th June at Ballagawne Farm on the Isle of Man, hosted by the Cooil family. Followed by a further study day on the 19th June.

Parking Information at the Ports
Heysham Port: Secure parking available from £12 per day.
Liverpool Port: Parking is available at the nearest Q Park multi-storey, approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal.
